My husband and I were in need of roadside assistance as we were in rush-hour traffic in the middle lane of traffic. when our truck broke down. We called several tow companies without getting a response back however, when we contacted USW towing a live person answered the phone and much to our surprise gave us a 30 minute pick up time for our vehicle to be towed to another county. The driver came at the exact time and was courteous efficient and quick. We got our car towed to the desired destination at a very reasonable price, which was much lower than anyone else we had tried to contact and once our payment was made, our truck was offloaded and we could get on with our day. I was very very pleased with the service and we use them each time we find it necessary.
